The English Bully Basset is a cross between an English Bulldog and a Basset Hound. These dogs are affectionate, loving, and bond closely with their families. They also tend to be outgoing, social, and friendly.

Although the Bully Basset is not recognized by the American Kennel Club, they are recognized by other notable dog organizations. The American Canine Hybrid Club, Designer Dogs Kennel Club, and more all recognize the Bully Basset.
